My Finance: How to stay on top of your Toyota finance

Keeping on top of your Toyota finance agreement is easier than ever with the My Finance app.

The app allows you to safely and securely keep track of your finance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

If you have a Toyota finance agreement, it’s simple to get set up with My Finance. It only takes a few minutes to register for the service. The video below explains this process:

Once you’re set up, you can check and make payments, change your personal details, request a settlement quote and more.

What does My Finance keep track of?

The My Finance area keeps track of the finance agreements you have with Toyota Financial Services, and even keeps a record of agreements that you have paid off.

Once you’ve signed up, you can see all the information regarding your agreement: the date of your next repayment, your outstanding balance, a list of all payments you have made, and much more.

Can I make a payment with My Finance?

The My Finance app makes it easy to make a payment, be it making an additional payment or paying off the full settlement amount.

My Finance has a secure messaging platform that means you can contact Toyota Financial Services at your leisure. Remember, if you have any questions about your finance agreement, the team at Toyota Financial Services is there to help.

To keep your details as safe as possible, you will need to register for My Finance after you’ve registered for My Toyota. Registering  is a simple process that involves some basic personal details and your Toyota Finance agreement number.

You’ll need to have provided Toyota Financial Services with your mobile phone number in order to register. If you haven’t done this, simply call the Customer Experience team and they can add your mobile number to enable you to register for My Finance.

  1. My Finance simply does not work. After tortuous completion of all the hoops Toyota put in the way I eventually got my passcode numbers etc. That was three months ago. Ever since then I have tried to get further only to be told after a long wait that the system is unable to help and to try again later.

    Does anyone at Toyota know how frustrating this is? If so why do they keep sending my notes telling me how brilliant My Finance is and advising me to join?
