Toyota poems

Share your Toyota poems and win!

Saturday 21 March is World Poetry day and to celebrate we’d love to hear your Toyota poems.

Post your efforts to our Facebook page and we’ll give a £50 Amazon voucher to the winner.

Not sure what to write? Here are some pretty poor efforts we put down in the social media office to get your creative juices going.

Here’s a Toyota limerick…

There was a young woman from Tain,
Who drove a Toyota to Spain.
It was efficient and comfy,
Even though the road was bumpy;
So she did it all over again.

Maybe try a haiku – a three-line poem which has five syllables in the first line, seven in the second and five in the third.

Toyota kaizen:
Cars that drive a million miles,
A customer’s smile.

Or something with a lot more talent? Here’s a RAV4 brochure as you’ve never heard it before.

Our usual Competition Terms and Conditions apply. The competition will close on Friday 27 March at 12 midday.

Some early contenders on our Facebook page include these efforts

I own a little toyota,
It is quite a wonderful motor,
Where ever I go,
It’s in my Aygo,
They call me the Toyota promoter.

by Claire Fox

And this haiku from Patrick Mortell
Polar ice caps melt
Science gives us the answer
Hybrid Synergy
