Three Toyota dealers in Garage of the Year final

Motor Codes Garage Of The Year logoThree Toyota dealerships are in the running for recognition as the best in the business.

Votes from the happy customers of Pinkstones Toyota Stoke, Motorline Canterbury Toyota and Toyota World Bridgend have placed the trio into the top 100 garages in Motor Codes’ 2013 Garage of the Year competition.

Voting has taken place to find the best garages in each of 10 regions, and the results are set to be announced in April.

Motor Codes say the competition aims to recognise the best franchised and independent garages in the UK, and promote top-notch customer service across the industry. It is offering prizes including VIP tickets to the British Touring Car Championship season finale at Brands Hatch and shopping vouchers to voters.

Best of luck to Pinkstones Toyota Stoke, Motorline Canterbury and Toyota World Bridgend from the Toyota Blog!

Note: Pinkstones Toyota Stoke is offering voters the chance to win free MOTs for life. You can find out more about the competition on their official blog. Please note this is a Pinkstones initiative and not related to Toyota GB or this blog.

  1. Well thank god its not steven eagle at milton keynes who are up for the awards, after collecting my newer car on the 1st of February driving it home in horrible weather, only to find the bonnet, roof and tailgate contaminated with what I can only decribe as lumps it felt like sand paper,
I informed the dealership and took the car back yesterday, I was promised there paint specialist
would fix it..WHAT A JOKE…turns out he didn’t or more likely couldn’t been sat there five hours by then when I complained it was suddenly whisked away to there so called body work shop who then proceeded to, Well I can only decribe as mutilate the paint work with a brillo pad.
oh forgot to mention valeting staff where zipper jackets while cleaning cars so when they lean over your vehicle they sratch it, GREAT UNIFORM. ?.
if you do visit to buy a car make sure you check underneath in the wneel well in the back mine had dog facies in it…
THE SOONER THIS DEALER IS REPRIMANDED BY TOYOTA THE BETTER IT TREATS ITS CUSTOMERS WITH UTTER CONTEMPT AND IF YOU COMPLAIN YOU WILL BE PROMISED EVERYTHING BUT SOD ALL WILL BE DONE. SO NOW I HAVE A LOVELY CAR THATS COMFORTABLE WITH A PAINT JOB FROM HELL. THANKS TO THERE SHERE INCOMPITANCE……

    1. Hi Neal
      Thank you for your post.
We were sorry to read your comments and would recommend getting in touch with our customer relations team, they can be reached via the attached link. http://bit.ly/1bwxYm0
      Hope this helps.

  2. I think ex customers should be able to vote as well. These votes give a misleading and overly positive view (but good for Toyota PR). Negative views are more important than positive. I stopped using the local dealer for various reasons, but there was no way I could give feedback as the dealer was uncooperative and there was no way I could comment to Toyota.

If Toyota was still serious about customer service there would a better mechanism for providing all sorts of feedback (and I do not mean Facebook).
