Toyota Touch 2 How to update your maps and software

Toyota Touch 2: How to update your maps and software

It’s easy to keep your Toyota’s Touch 2 with Go navigation system updated with the latest maps and software using the MyToyota customer portal.

In this video we show you how to update your system’s maps and software, and below you’ll also find step-by-step instructions.

To get started, you’ll need to log in to your personalised MyToyota area. If you’ve already registered, simply head to MyToyota and enter your email address and password. First time users will need to complete a simple registration process, which is explained in this step-by-step post.

Click on ‘e-Store’, and then scroll down to access the ‘Maps’ section to view available updates for your system. Select an update to get more information on your update.

Select the car to which the update applies, and click ‘Add to Basket’. If you haven’t yet linked your Toyota Touch 2 with Go system to your MyToyota account, the onscreen prompts will help you to do this.

View your basket by clicking ‘Basket’ from the menu at the top of the page. From here, you can proceed through the checkout process, entering your details and choosing the most convenient payment method – either credit card or PayPal.

With checkout complete, click on the ‘Purchases’ area to see your purchased map update and beside the map update are three icons.

To enable the map update you need to click on the KEY icon. You will be given a 16-digit activation key code. Please write this down or print it from the website using the print function.

The second icon will give you a set of instructions on how to download your maps, and the third icon is a link to the actual download. Please download the ZIP file, expand it on your computer or laptop, and save it to a blank USB stick.

Now take the USB stick and the 16-digit activation key and go to your car.

Plug in the USB and follow the onscreen instructions.

You can also update the software of your Touch 2 system following a similar process. You will not, however, require a 16-digit activation code for software updates. View available updates in the ‘Software Updates’ section of the MyToyota e-Store.

  1. Help please. I have tried to send a route to my Toyota Auris Hybrid, the computer side says it’s been sent but when I get to the car to download it it says it failed to contact the server even though it also tells me that I’m connected to the internet. What am I doing wrong?

    1. Hi Keith,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’d advise contacting our Multimedia team directly as they would be in the best position to assist you further. You can contact them using this email address: multimedia@toyota.co.uk. Thanks.

  2. I would like to update the maps on my Touch & Go. I see that in the e-store the map version has recently changed from 2.16.0 to 2.17.0, however when I go to the toolbox to purchase the version available shows EUL20171025. This version number (for the update) has been unchanged in my toolbox for several months (presumably since October 25th 2017). How can I be sure I’m getting the latest update if I select this one?

    1. Hi Stuart,
      Thanks for getting in touch.
Would you mind if I contact you using the email address you have supplied to act on this further?
      Thanks.

  3. Hi, I tried to update maps in my Toyota Auris 2016 from version 6.7.0WL to 6.10.0WL First time when I put USB stick I was asked for activation key, set region but installation stuck on grey screen (no information about progress). I waited 20 minutes and restart system. I prepared second USB stick but now I got following error: Navigation database update of version6.10.0.WL has failed due to an error: Update not valid for this device. Please help.

  4. I have downloaded the maps update for my Toyota Auris Touch 2 system. The instructions state that I need to keep the engine running while the update is processing. I have also noticed a comment that the updates could take an hour or more to process. If this is so, I shall have to keep driving for quite a while it seems. Could I just select (for example) the UK & France maps to update and spend less time with the engine running?

    1. Hi Norman,
Thanks for getting in touch. When updating your Touch 2 system you will have to be stationary/idle while the updating is happening. You can select any country you wish, however the more countries selected, the longer the map update may take.
      Hope this helps.

  5. I have a 3 year old toyota Auris that and have never been able to able to update the maps during this periiod. I cannot beleive that it did not have free 3years update on a new vehicle especialy as the Sw id so full of bugs and tied into the map updates. Can this be checked

  6. I have a UK 2017 CHR with Map 2016v2 on a Touch2. I have logged in to MyToyota to get a maps update as I believe I have 3 years worth of free updates but the only options I have are to purchase the latest maps. Could you let me know how to get the free updates?

    1. Hi Gerry,
Thanks for getting in touch. Your vehicle has been supplied with a 3 year MapCare entitlement, you’ll have free map updates for three years from the original date of purchase of the vehicle. To update the vehicle, you’ll need to create a My Toyota profile, register your vehicle and Touch 2 with Go system, claim your free update key, download the software to a USB stick and insert it into your vehicle. Hope this helps.

  7. Hello there

Can I upgrade directly to the 6.10.0WL ?

I have downloaded and unpacked it to 3 different USB pens. But only get the autentification failed message when I try to install ??

    Any help would be apreciated

This is the ID for my infotainment system: @KfJV4cxjnrTmm2G@x33Rg8212

    Sincerly

    Ole Kristian

    1. Hi Ole,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’ve passed your contact details on to our Multimedia team and they will contact you shortly. Many thanks.

    1. Hi Peter,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, to perform the map update through the Toyota Toolbox you will have to use a Windows PC as updates cannot be done on Apple Mac computers. Thanks.

    2. I tried to update my maps via the Toyota portal and it has ruined my Touch&Go, which I will have to replace at vast expense. Toyota will not even reply to my emails about it. Don’t do it!

      1. Hi Robert,
Thank you for your comment. Our multimedia team are waiting for a follow up email after your visit to a local dealership. As soon as they have this information they will be able to update you on the situation. We’re sorry for the delay. Many thanks.

  8. Hi ,
I have version 2.8.4H – is there possibility to update it ?
On your page i see that for familly MM11 navibox there is update only for version 2.12.5H

  9. Hello, we just bought a Toyota Yaris 2017 with a Touch 2 system. When we’re trying to use the Nav function it says that it is unavailable. Do we have to pay extra to get it? Thank you.

  10. Hi, I have just purchased a 2015 Verso, I want to upgrade the Touch 2 Go system, it has version 4.3.1L at present, and i am unsure of which item to purchase from the E Store to upgrade the software to the latest version, i believe the software upgrade was released in 2016 and is a lot nicer to use, i talked to a toyota dealer but they did not know what i was talking about, hopefully you can help, Thank You

    1. Hi David,
Thanks for getting in touch and we’re very sorry your local Toyota Centre couldn’t help. Have you registered your Device ID to MyToyota? We would recommend this as the first step.

  11. Pleasant fternoon,
I have several queries about my 2016 Land Cruiser, it was purchased in one country and when I moved to another country I brought it with me however the navigation settings are still set to where the vehicle was purchased. how do I go about setting the navigation to the region that I am in now?

    Thanks in advance

    1. Hi Ornan,
We would recommend speaking with your local Toyota Centre about this. They will be able to take you through a step-by-step process!

  12. Hello. I bought toyota yaris 2012′ “touch 2 go” screen and I need install sat/nav, but I can’t check version
In general options I can’t scroll down to System Information.
    my reg. no GU12 DGO
    pls help

    1. Hi Sebastian,
Can we ask you to double check that the unit is definitely Touch 2 and and not Touch. Many thanks.

    2. Hi Sebastian,
Our technical team have identified that your unit is purely a Touch system. We would have to advise you to contact your local dealer to confirm this and confirm pricing of any accessories such as Navigation. Hope this helps.

      1. Hello Ella,
Sorry It is Touch & Go system.
But still when I try to check Device ID, there is no option “System Information”
        in “General setting”

        1. Hi Sebastian,
The device ID should be located under:
Setup > General > ‘System Information’
If there is no Device ID displayed within your multimedia system, we would recommend contacting your local dealership to check your multimedia system as Sat Nav may not be installed in your Touch and Go system.

  13. I see from the email thread that several owners have the same experience as myself regarding updates to sat nav maps showing as a chargeable option on the eStore. You have advised owners to refer this matter to the local main dealer to update system software and maps free of charge (FOC) within the initial 3 years support warranty.
    My questions are thus:
    1. Should the main dealer automatically update system software and maps FOC when the vehicle is having a service at the prescribed service interval, or do I have to remind them to do this?
In my case I have a 2015 year model Auris Touring sports that is showing software at version 4.4.1WL and map ID 2014v3 and the vehicle had the first service in August 2016
    2. Why is the eStore showing the update to be a chargeable item within the 3 year free update period? Toyota has all the vehicle details, inc. original delivery date, registerd on My Toyota so surely the update should show FOC if within the initial 3 year warranty? Not being able to download the update FOC makes a nonsense during the first 3 years of the principle of My Toyota that owners have online access to service material be able to keep their vehicle systems up to date.

    1. Map updates are as clear as mud, can’t be sure which one actually applies to the touch 2 with go plus, is it the same map as touch 2 with go (not plus) ? If so, why is it coming up with a price when my vehicle is a 15 plate and registered on my Toyota as is the touch2 with go plus.?

  14. Hi, I have discovered that the “journey Planer” on your website has only one setting, you go the way i say.. you cant change anything.. not even the “avoid Motorway” option.. Please can someone mention this to Toyota !! I say get rid of the twitter option and have google maps send to car option !! much much more useful than having twitter…why would you have twitter !?!

  15. I have recently had my software updated to 6.9.0H by my dealer. I now notice that if the volume is turned down that traffic news, speed warnings (and presumably camera warnings) do not work. I find that I can get around this by setting the volume to a reasonable level on the radio and then switching the input to ‘Aux’ where I have no input device. I then have silence except when warnings are transmitted. On my previous car I was able to leave it on the radio and turn the volume down to 0 and still get all the traffic and speed warnings. Is this a bug in version 6.9.0, a new feature (!) or a problem with my installation.
As I have a work around I can live with it but if it’s a bug perhaps your software designers could fix it for the next release.

    1. Hi Tony,
Thanks for getting in touch. You can adjust (e.g. increase) the volume whilst a Traffic Announcement is being broadcasted. We would suggest trying several TA volume settings until you get to a satisfactory level (depending how loud you prefers to receive the TA’s). Hope this helps.

  16. With the map services I get Cyclops speed camera warnings included. This works great on local driving but I noticed today that it does not report the new cameras in the new smart motorway sections of the M1 motorway. My understanding is that Cyclops provides a real-time update of both mobile and new fixed cameras. Is this correct and do I need to do something to enable this? Thanks, Steve

      1. Hi Ella

I have been in conversation with Cyclops and we have determined that cameras between three junctions on the M62 (which have been there years) that they have in their database are not showing on my car. According to Cyclops Toyota get daily updates of cameras. I have the settings set to show the speed cameras (which do display) and also to do on-line updates. I could take it to a dealer but I’m not sure what they can do. Is there any way that I can check that I am getting the daily updates? I have tested other online services like Twitter and the weather whilst driving and they all work ok.

        Any thoughts?

        Thanks, Steve

        1. Hi Steve,
Our technical department have advised the following:
We can bring this issue to Toyota Europe’s attention via our standard reporting method. However, in order for this to take place, you will have to take your vehicle to a Centre, and the Centre will have to report this issue to us via our logging system.
          Thanks.

  17. Hi, since I did the map update at the end of last year I cannot find a way to repeat the voice instructions of the navigation. Is there a way to do this ? Thanks

    1. Hi Steve,
We would have to advise contacting your local dealership to diagnose this issue. Dealers will investigate and they will help to resolve this issue. Many thanks.

      1. Hi Ella

I would have thought that this is a simple question for your technical team rather than troubling my dealer. The feature was there before and I can’t find it now. If it has been removed then I would like to make a request to have it reintroduced in the future.

Are you able to get an answer for me?

        Thanks
        Steve

        1. Hi Steve,
Can you confirm if you have Touch, Touch and Go, Touch 2 or Touch 2 with Go? Many thanks.

          1. Hi Steve,

Thanks for your patience. We’ve tested this on a similar vehicle and can confirm that when using the satellite navigation, you can tap the blue arrow in the bottom left corner of the screen to repeat the voice instructions. We hope this helps.

          2. Hi Matt, thanks for the answer, I would never have thought that would be the answer. I’ve always struggled to find instructions on the nuances of the sat nav, especially as new updates come along. Is there an e-manual covering the latest version. Thanks again, Steve

  18. Hi all, I’m posting on behalf of my father. He had a 2013 Auris Icon Estate which had Touch 2 with Go Plus, which was workong great but after swapping his car for a 2015 model he found that it only had Touch 2 with Go. He’s been back to the dealers a few times to try and get it upgraded to Plus but hasn’t had any joy with them. So is it possible to upgrade hi system to Plus?? Hope you can help.

    1. Hi Adam,
Thanks for getting in touch and we’re sorry to hear you haven’t managed to get an answer sooner. Unfortunately, it is not possible to upgrade a Touch 2 with Go system to Touch 2 with Go Plus. The Navi Box for the Plus system is under a different Part Number. Additionally, there could some additional complications, e.g. the Plus system offers voice recognition, which would only work if there is the relevant button on the steering wheel. Hope this helps.

      1. Hi Ella, Thanks for the reply. The new car does have the buttons on the steering wheel etc. Is it possible to swap the Navi Box with the old car as that is still at the dealers? He was sold the new car on the understanding that it had the same high system that he was used to and isn’t too pleased with the lack of service he’s received. In case you need it the new cars reg is YS15VPV.

        1. Hi Adam,
We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with the service you’ve received. We’ve referred your case to customer relations and we have a record of your Father’s telephone number and your email address. Someone should be in touch within 72 hours.

          1. Hi Ella,
Have you got an update on the issue as we’ve still not heard anything from customer relations and it’s been over a week now? My father has been in touch with the dealer today and has been told that there is an upgrade available for his system but it would cost over a grand!!!

          2. Hi Adam,
We can see that our customer relations team spoke with your dealer and they were advised your dealer would escalate this issue with you. We will speak with customer relations and let you know the outcome. Many thanks.

    1. Hi Albert,
Unfortunately, this is not an option on a US model. Sorry for the inconvenience.

  19. Hello,
After the update of the system software and navigation to version 6.9.0H in my Toyota Auris (which went successful, with maps being updated), the Bluetooth is not working anymore. In the Setup menu (sub-menu Bluetooth), the Bluetooth can not be activated anymore. Bluetooth is disabled. Clicking on the “Bluetooth” checkbox doesn’t do anything anymore.
I hope there is a solution for this. Maybe something like “back to factory default and reinstalling the update”?

    1. Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch. Our technical team have advised contacting your local dealer and heading in for a check on your system.

  20. I have recently bought an Auris Excel first registered in September 2016. I understand that this car is eligible for free map updates. I have register with myToyota and when I go in to the estore this tells me that there is a free update to version 4.3.0H as an update from versions 4.2.1H and 4.2.2H available for the car. When I check the car System Information it gives the current map as 2015v2 version 4.5.0WH. I am totally confused! Do I have the latest version and if not how do I update it?

    1. Hi Tony,
Our technical team have advised that it’s likely you haven’t registered your ‘Device ID’ to your MyToyota account and therefore the system is showing you the latest free update. Once you have registered your ‘Device ID’ the latest paid update will show (6.9.0). If you need any further multimedia assistance we would recommend contacting multimedia@toyota.co.uk or calling 0344 701 6202.

      1. Ella,
Thanks for the prompt reply. I have registered the Device ID and the estore is showing version 6.9.0 available but this costs £109. So why do I need to pay for this when the car was first registered last September and your web site states that updates are free for the first 3 years? The only free version on offer is version 4.3.0.
Is it possible that an old satnav has been fitted in the car?

        1. Hi Tony,
Please could you provide us with your software version and your VIN/registration number? We will get our technical team to look into this.

          1. Ella,
Thanks for looking into this. The registration number is DN66KTU. The VIN is SB1MS3JE70E244758 The Software Version is uwl6VnstLjtSG8nmI7md0Q7720

          2. You’re welcome, Tony. We will let you know when we hear back from our technical team. Many thanks for your patience.

          3. Hi Tony,
The update should have been updated to 6.8.1 at the Pre-Delivery Inspection. Therefore we would recommend speaking with your local dealer totake it back for the 6.9.0 update free of charge. Please advise them of your contact with us and this shouldn’t be an issue. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

        2. I am in a similar situation – My Auris Excel was first reg Jul 2015 and I bought it this month – When I go to the site it shows that 6.9.0H costs 109.00, but when I click through it says it is free! – User interface could be improved.

          1. Hi Keith,
We’d have to recommend speaking with your local dealer if you need assistance, they should be able to help. Thanks for your feedback and we will pass this on to our technical team.

          1. I took my car to my local dealer this morning and they updated the unit including installing map 6.9.0WH without any argument. They also confirmed my eligibility for free updates for three years from first registration. However the estore still shows updates to 6.9.0H to be a chargeable update despite the software version being updated in the car’s profile. This morning’s update is shown as a ‘purchase’ in the estore so I guess I will have to go to the dealer every 6 months for updates. I was hoping to save everyone time by downloading the updates free of charge and doing it myself but it seems that this may not be possible.
Either way I now have the latest map plus assurances regarding future updates so am happy.

          2. Hi Tony,
Thanks for updating us. We’re glad to hear your local Toyota Centre sorted this for you and your dealer will be more than happy to help with updates in the future. Alternatively, there is a multimedia helpline: 0344 701 6202. If you need further assistance our technical team would be more than happy to help!

  21. Hi. I have bought Toyota Rav 4 hybrid excel 2.5 ( top of the range) and put almost all the extras possible. I am extremely disappointed to find out that my Toyota hybrid Came with a very (outdated) navigation version installed. I am aware of this because it doesnt find my house on the map which i moved afew years back. In my old car bavigation I updated my Map in mid 2016 it was all fine. Such a shame really that spending 36K on a car , Toyota expects the customer to pay another £100 + to get the updates done on navigation even though the car is only 2 weeks old. Really ..

Also no upgraded speakers were installed and apoarently only come as stadard in US version of same make. Not even an upgrade option available .. how can i sort this.
    Thanks
    Ray

    1. Hi Ray,
We’d have to advise speaking with customer relations and logging your complaints. They will deal with this in the most effective way!

  22. I have a new Prius Dec 16.
Love the car best Hybrid ever (its my fourth) but this is my first with a Sat Nav. I did manage to get it updated when I bought it but what a palaver. I now find it does not recognise full UK postcodes. This is a pain as it also does not recognise places that do not have a number, like a hotel on a long out of town road, joined half way at a roundabout, at night. yes I turned left not right.
Nothing else found wanting though. Except why the heck don’t Toyota GB let owners buy the accessories they want? Available from Germany or France but not UK?
Hood deflector is on the uk website but not available. The bonnet or hood is very very vulnerable to chipping. I ordered black inside not white, then told the steering wheel and gear surround would still be white. Waiting was not an option as the TAX rules are changing.

    1. Hi Ian,
Thanks for getting in touch and we’re sorry to hear that you’re having problems with your Prius. Have you been to your local dealer about this? Many thanks.

      1. I updated to 6.8.1 WL from a a chip sent from my dealer, although somehow I also have a download on my PC which I think came from toyota-tech.eu with an activation code. It was a one heck of a palaver but the only way I could get it. Yes it should have been done on the PDI but was not.
I do not know if it should be possible to enter full uk post codes. I did not buy the Prius from my local dealer and past experience tells me that dealer know about cars not software so no I have not been back to the dealer with this issue.

        1. Hi Ian,
Any sat nav software for Toyota vehicles should recognise full UK postcodes. If you’re having serious issues with this please contact customer relations and they should be able to help advise further. However, functions like this should be able to be demoed by local dealers.

          1. My mistake Ella. It was a learning curve. The full post code needs the space. It does not show it on screen if saved. In the case of the hotel the post code showed it on a different Road and if I put in the road and number not all the post code. It just takes zoom bit of getting used to.

          2. Hi Ian,
We’re glad you’ve sorted this issue! We hope you have many happy years in your car. 🙂

          3. Without doubt this will be a keeper as to drive it is the best I have owned. The technology is brilliant and 65mpg from a large petrol automatic outstanding. However all of my four Hybrids have suffered badly from stone chips. This is not different. I picked the perlecent paint and Gen.coat in the hope it would be more durable, but it is not. My first long motor way trip resulted in a very nasty chip to the bonnet which I have been told is irreparable. I tried to buy the hood deflector accessory PU500-4716E shown in the brochure and Toyota website, but find it is not available. This is a pity because the design makes the bonnet vulnerable and modern paintstyle are clearly little protection.
Smart repairs wether by Toyota dealers or Chips Away are not suitable for bonnet repairs and three part touch up paints are very noticeable.

  23. I’m considering updating the map on my Touch and Go, but was shocked to find the update costs over £100. If a new update is due soon I’d rather wait – unless you can offer an OAP discount!

    1. Hi Andrew,
Thanks for getting in touch. We can advise that map updates are due around April and November.

  24. I have a new shape 2016 fortuner. On the entertainment system the MirrorLink is disabled, How can I get it enabled?

    1. Hi there,
Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately, because we do not sell the Fortuner model, we are unable to comment on the MirrorLink system within the car. We would have to suggest contacting your local Toyota Centre for this information. Many thanks.

  25. Hi,
During updating nav system power was interrupted and process failed. I could not restart process therefore I asked dealer to perform update. Unfortunately they are not able to recover system and informed me that I need to buy new hardware. I have asked if it can be done on guarantee (car bought February 05th, 2014 but it is over 100 000 km) – dealer promised to ask Toyota manufacturer. I am waiting for answer from dealer but it looks that nav system has a lot of space for improvement.

    1. Hi Jarek,
Thanks for getting in touch. We’re so sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems and we would have to advise staying in contact with your local Toyota dealer in order to solve this issue.

      1. Hi Ella,
Local dealer replaced hardware and reinstall software without any additional cost. So case solved in nice way.

  26. I have to say that this “system” is an unmitigated disaster and most of the comments confirm this. I fail to see why at each service when the car is Toyota GB don’t do this if it is so simple.
I’m sat in the car following all the instructions with my lap top for the 4th time and it says SOFTWARE VERSION 2.8.4H on Plug in Prius YF63 MPO, “NOT RECOGNISED”

  27. Hi Ella,

Thanks for the info. I am indeed selecting the “Toyota Touch 2 with Go (High)” when using a USB stick.

I have signed up to “www. toyota-tech.eu” but I am unable to find an area of the site which provides software updates. I have not taken out a subscription so maybe this is the problem? However, I would assume that I should not be paying for an update on a virtually new car.

In referring me to the above site does this mean there are problems going through My Toyota? This is where I have been downloading software up until now.

You also refer me to a Toyota genuine USB memory stick (Part Number PZ490-ED336-0K) that contains the update files. I have no idea where to find that. Googling produces nothing. Also from what you’re saying it would appear that I have to buy this stick. Paying to update my car seems unreasonable.

Many thanks for your continuing help in this matter.

    1. Hi John,
Thanks for getting back to us. As far as the http://www.toyota-tech.eu site is concerned, you need to hover the cursor over “OWNER” and then click on ” MAP UPDATES”. Then select “UPDATE” in the Toyota Touch 2 with Go (High) section and obtain the USB stick (Part Number PZ490-ED336-0K) from any Toyota Centre. As far as the My Toyota area is concerned, we are not aware of any issues.

      1. Hi. I am also having a problem finding the “Software Updates” section in the e-store. Can you provide a screenshot or directions on where the software update for the system is please?

  28. I have Toyota Verso bought April 2015. The satnav is a Touch and Go plus with Software revision 4.3.0H and Map ID 2014v2. Please, can you tell me when an update for this is going to be available on the MyToyota website?

    1. Hi Emil. Thank you for getting in touch. Updates tend to be made available twice a year. However, we cannot give an exact date for when an update will be made available.

        1. Hi Rawlings. Updates can vary depending on your system. Please visit My Toyota to see all pricing information for your specific model. Thank you.

      1. I’ve got a verso I. 8 tr on a 09 plate…
Can I have touch 2 system on my car & how much would it cost me to upgraded to Touch & Go,
        Many Thanks.

        1. Hi Darren,
Are you saying you have Touch 2 in your vehicle already and you would like to upgrade to Touch & Go OR do you have Touch and want to upgrade to Touch 2? Many thanks.

          1. I don’t have the touch system in my car.
I was wondering how much it would cost to have this system installed.

          2. Hi Darren,
After speaking with our team, we would have to advise speaking to your local Toyota dealer regarding the installation of the touch system. Thy will be able to provide the best advice on this. Many thanks.

    1. Hi John,
All comments have to go through an approval process before they can go live to our blog comments. Due to the long, bank holiday no-one has been online to approve them. Many thanks!

  29. Hi,
I have just bought a 2016 Prius. I have registered it with My Toyota. My Toyota tells me there is an update (presumably OS). I have downloaded the zip file and expanded it to a 16 gig USB stick. The car recognises the USB and informs me I am trying to install an older map product. It then says it’s looking for other updates but, even after a long time, it still keeps looking and seems to find nothing even although My Toyota tells me an update is due.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    1. Hi John,
Thanks for your post. Have you been to see your Toyota dealer regarding this issue? Many thanks.

      1. Hi Ella,
Thanks for the reply. I haven’t been to the dealer as it is some distance away and it is inconvenient given my busy life. Also I would have thought that, as we have access to My Toyota and its upgrading system, this would be the route to follow. I love my new Prius (this is my 2nd Prius) but I feel let down by seemingly poor software. I expect a solid, reliable and easy to use software support system and not one where I have to trail off to the dealer.
With my previous Prius I needed a map update and the dealer was unable to help/understand how to do this. This was a few years back and maybe things have changed?
However, for my own convenience, the dealer option is a poor 2nd.
        Info:
        16 GIG new USB stick
        Formatted to FAT32
Files transfered to it as detailed by Toyota

        1. Hi John,
After speaking with our technical team we need you to confirm what map version you currently have installed. You can do this by going to: Setup – General – Scroll down to System Information. There it should tell you what map version it is. If you could provide us with this we can hopefully assist further. Many thanks.

          1. Hi Ella,
Sorry for the delay. I have been away.
My map version is 2015v2. As I stated this appears to be up to date.
However, my software version is 4.5.0WH. This is not up to date. This is not the big update released in March 2016. For example I do not have the split screen option.

Thanks for your help in this matter

          1. Hi John. We apologise for the delay. We’ll be back in touch as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued patience.

          2. Hi John,
Sorry for a delay in response. Firstly, the USB memory stick used by you, seems to be correct and also correctly formatted. Secondly, the version on your system 4.5.0WH indicates that this is the previous MM13 SAT NAV version. The newer version is 6.7.0H and is called the “MM16” version. Therefore, the update which is available via the “www. toyota-tech.eu” site should be applicable to your vehicle.

We need to confirm if you’re selecting the correct option for your vehicle, i.e. “Toyota Touch 2 with Go (High)” (and not the Low option).

There is also another option for you. Rather than downloading the update files to your USB memory stick, purchase a Toyota genuine USB memory stick (Part Number PZ490-ED336-0K) that contains the update files.

            Hope this helps!

    1. Hi there,
Thanks for your post. We don’t use DVD’s for updating Sat Navs, it is done through the My Toyota portal!

      1. Last 2 year buy car toyotal Yaris have screen but they said add pay Instally Sat Nat too expensive. That is why I am go to ask how much update sat Nat I want to know

        1. Hi there,
There are two options available when trying to solve the issue. Firstly, we would advise registering your vehicle on the My Toyota portal. Once you have done this, it will flag up any updates that are available for your multimedia system. You can access My Toyota here: https://www.toyota.co.uk/tme#/my-toyota/. Secondly, we would have to advise getting in contact with your local dealer. They will be able to clearly show you how to do this. Please let us know if you need help in arranging this, we will assist where we can. Hope this helps! Many thanks.

          1. Hi there,
Unfortunately we don’t understand exactly what you are asking us. Does your car need a map update, or do you need the Sat Nav feature installing in your vehicle? Please provide your car registration number or VIN number. Many thanks!

  30. Our new RAV4 Hybrid SATNAV does not recognize our house and tries to take us over a closed railway crossing! Do we need to update so soon. The crossing has been closed for many years so surely it should be on the map as such!

    1. Hi Julie,
Thanks for your query. We’ve spoken with our technical team to resolve your issue. The technical department have suggested (if you haven’t already) report the issues to Here.com. You will be able to submit a change, Navteq (who supply our maps) will then drive the route and plan it for a future update. However, it takes 18 months to plot/plan and roads are done on a priority basis. If you do log your issue, once something is fixed/mapped you will get a notification which means it will be on an update soon. Hope this helps! Many thanks.

        1. Hi there,
We would advise speaking to your local dealer, they will be able to assist you further! Many thanks.

  31. I have Toyota Auris Hybrid bought Nov 2015. The satnav is a Touch and Go plus with Software revision 4.4.1WH and Map ID 2014v3. Can you tell me when an update for this is going to be available on the MyToyota website?

    1. Hi Graham,
Thanks for your post. Unfortunately, we are unable to say when the next update will be available. Usually it will be around the first quarter (Spring) and 3rd quarter (Autumn). We would advise keeping an eye on the My Toyota website around these times to see when the next update will be available. Hope this helps!

        1. Hi there,
Thanks for your post. We would advise going to your dealer for any Sat Nav updates, they will be able to assist further. Many thanks!

  32. My navigation system is finally updated; thanks to information from elsewhere on the internet with lots of trial and error. Come on Toyota, you really need to fill in the gaps in the instructions as they only make sense with hindsight.

        1. Hi there,
Thanks for your post. Which model of Yaris do you have? Are you wanting to have a Sat Nav fitted into your car, do you have a Sat Nav already installed or do you just need to update the software? Many thanks!

  33. My Toyota touch and go 2 delete my personal settings 10 seconds after I log into my Toyota account on the device. This means I have to rewire add my settings again. I cannot use any of the apps I’ve subscribed to. I have to say that this system is pretty poor.

    1. Hi Steve,
Thanks for your post. We’re sorry to hear you’ve been having this issue. Have you managed to fix the problem or is this still ongoing? If it’s still ongoing, we would advise contacting CR as they can assist you further! Many thanks.

  34. Hi there,

I have just bought a 2016 Toyota Yaris Hybrid with Toyota Touch 2 (Not GO) sytem in it. I am unable to register the system in my toyota account for software updates etc as there is no such menu or proper guidline available on your website or owner’s manual.

Can you please help me how can I register my toyota Touch 2 unit in my toyota?

    Kind Regards
    Omar

    1. Hi Omar,
Thanks for your post. We’re sorry to hear you are having issues and we have taken note of your email address and have passed it on to our My Toyota team. Someone will be in touch with you next week regarding your issue. Hope this helps. Many thanks.

      1. Hi Ella, I have the same issue. My car is the Rav4 Hybrid ICON edition. can someone let me know what to do as well for this, would love to get a software update for the touch 2 (no go) that allowed apps to work. – would love the “glass of water” one, sound fun!

        Thanks

        Duncan

        1. Hi Duncan,
We have taken note of your email and someone from customer relations will be in touch! Many thanks.

          1. Hi Ella I also have a Touch 2 system in my Toyota Auris Hybrid bought half a year ago(no go system). I would also like help registering it cause when I enter the device it just says incorrect…

          2. Hi Arne,
Thanks for getting in touch. We have spoken with our technical team and they have advised that the long, alphanumeric number one uses to register to My Toyota is CASE SENSITIVE and must be inputted carefully. You may also need information from your V5 registration document and your registration number. If this still doesn’t work, we would have to recommend heading to your local dealer. Many thanks.

  35. Hi guys I bought a 2015 model Prius plus but touch screen is missing and I want some one to help me to get a cheap one any ideas many thanks

  36. i purchase a Yaris Sedan 2016 om Braulio Agost Motors on Puerto Rico. i can’t register my car and yhe dealer don’t appear on the toyota dealers. what can i do to register my car. the bin number of my car not function to register too. thank for every thing you do for help me.

    1. Hi Cecilia,
Thanks for your post. We would advise contacting Toyota Puerto Rico, where your car was purchased. You can contact them here: http://www.toyotapr.com/. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.

  37. I have the new Touch 2 Go in my Rav 4 andI have purchased the 3 year map updates. I then successfully updated to the 2016 software and 2016 maps. The major problem now is….how do I know when the next 2 map updates per year are ready and how to install them? There are no instructions…only how to do the first update. How will I be informed?

    1. Hi Tamblyn,
Thank you for your post. When a map update is ready this will be available on your My Toyota portal. This will take you through the stages of how to install. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.

      1. Hi, One of my questions was “how do I know when the next 2 map updates per year are ready”. Am I expected to log in every week to see if there is an update?…or …. Will you be emailing your customers when an update is released? You cant possibly expect us to keep looking in the hopes that an update appears. As a customer, I feel I am entitled to know when an update is available, as I have paid in advance.

        1. Hi there,
Thanks for you post. After speaking with our technical team, we would advise you log in every other month to see if there’s an update. The next update is due in October so they suggest checking once a month in the run up. Updates are due in both April and October. Many thanks.

  38. Reading through the other posts, it seems I’m not alone in failing to update my maps using a USB stick.

I’ve got a 2014 Auris Hybrid Excel that shows software version = 4.3.0L and MapID = 2014 v2. So I went onto my e-Store (I’d previously verified my car against my account) and purchased Map Update 6.7.0L. This I downloaded first to my computer then copied it to an otherwise blank 16GB FAT-32 formatted USB stick.

When I pop the USB into the car, it first says, “Update detected, reading contents, please wait…” then says, “Oops! Navigation database update has failed due to an… Error text: Update not valid for this device”. Others have posted elsewhere that this could be due to the USB stick itself, so I’ve also tried the same procedure using a different stick. I furthermore deleted the USB and uploaded the latest eStore update to the stick and found that that did successfully update the car.

    So…

Looks like the stick isn’t the problem (else the eStore update via USB wouldn’t have worked). Also I read elsewhere that it’s important to ensure the suffix on the version has the same letter (e.g. 4.3.0L —> 6.7.0L and not H) but my suffixes match.

What am I doing wrong? What shall I try next? Has anyone else managed to update their map to version 6.7.0L on an Auris?

    1. Hi Rachel,
Thank you for your post and feedback. We apologise for the issues you are encountering and we would advise contacting our Customer Services: po.st/DTEqmG stating your issues, login details, and if possible a screen shot of where the process is creating an error? This will help us to diagnose the issue you’re having. Hope this helps a little further and if you have any other questions please let us know.

      1. Just a quick update to let people know how we resolved this issue:

        – We took the car to our local Toyota service centre who had the same problem and booked an appointment to try again in a couple of weeks time.
        – We used the link provided by Charlotte to raise a service ticket with Toyota.
        – They asked us for the file listing from our USB stick and screenshots of the in-car screen during the failed install process.
        – They recommended we download the package, re-format the USB as FAT32 and try again.
        – Our e-Store “download” button had disappeared so we were going to raise a new ticket.
        – Given their reformat recommendation and previous comments that the car is very sensitive to the USB stick (and that we had originally downloaded the 4GB update package on a Mac) we reformatted the USB on a Windows 10 computer and unzipped the 4GB update package from Windows 10 directly to the USB.
        – Previously we had unzipped the 4GB update package on the Mac and copied the files across to the (FAT32 formatted) USB.
        – When we tried again, the update worked. Total system update time including Western Europe (we skipped Eastern Europe) maps was under 45 min.

Recommendations for anyone else that might have this problem:
= Use a Windows computer to download the update package and not a Mac. If you already downloaded the Zip file to a Mac, move the Zip file to a Windows machine before unzipping.
= Reformat (use “quick” format) the USB to FAT32 from the Windows machine anyway as a precaution
= Unzip update package from the Windows machine directly to the USB rather than to a temporary directory that you copy across separately.

        Hope this helps.

        1. Hi Rachel,
Thank you for your post and feedback. We are glad you have managed to download the update successfully. Many thanks.

        2. Exactly the problem I encountered while using a Mac top download and unzip.
Running the same process on a virtual W10 resulted in successful installation.

          This certainly helped!

          1. The problem on a Mac is that it writes “hidden” files .DS_Store on all disks/USB sticks when it accesses it and which stores a copy of of directory structure and folders to aid fast searches. If you run a utility such as Cocktail and look under files there is a function to remove these hidden files. Then unplug stick WITHOUT going through safe eject. Computer will complain but will not have had a chance to rewrite the .DS file onto stick. You should then be able to update system/maps on Touch & Go. (Just done this on my 2015 Yaris Excel Hybrid and map updated to 2017)

  39. Hi. Second try. Original (late last week) seems to have been overlooked.

Perhaps you could help sort a problem with updating the SatNav on my Auris Excel HSD (registered July 2015) with Touch and Go plus.

The current software is 4.4.1WH, and Map ID 2014v3. I’m trying to update to 4.5.0 . I downloaded this in .zip form, and extracted the files, and loaded onto a 16GB USB formatted to MSDOS FAT. However, following apparent lack of success with the Disk Utility formatting on my Mac, I bought a new 16GB USB stick, which was formatted to FAT 32 in the shop. Then I loaded the expanded files. Still no success when inserted into the USB port in the Auris. Absolutely no sign of recognising the file.

Any comments? This is quite frustrating as you can imagine.

    1. Hi John. Thanks for your message. From the information you have provided, it appears that you are doing everything right.

The below information indicates how the structure should be in the USB stick – one folder directory and 5 separate files. Is yours structured in this way?

“Unzip the contents onto your USB stick*. Verify that the following files/directories are in the root directory:
      – nav (= directory)
      – KaliSWDL.log
      – swdl.iso
      – swdl.iso.md5
      – swdlInstall.iso
      – swdlInstall.iso.md5

      * NOTE:
The USB stick needs to be FAT 32 formatted, with a capacity of 8 GB or greater. The USB memory should be empty. To check if this is the case, or to get more details, insert the USB stick into you PC / laptop and right-click on the USB icon.

Which version of 4.5.0 are you downloading, is it 4.5.0H or 4.5.0L?

      1. Hello Matt and thanks for getting back to me. All the files are present. I wonder though if the files in the USB should be within a folder, as they appear to be when I open the drive in Disk Utility or already open? The version I have downloaded is 4.5.0H.

        1. The files do not need to be in a separate folder, just unzipped directly to the USB drive. From what we can see, you seem to be doing everything correctly.

We would suggest downloading the map again, in case one of the files was corrupt, make sure no files are on the USB drive before transferring the files over again. After this, you should see the following after you open the USB:

          – nav (= directory)
          – KaliSWDL.log
          – swdl.iso
          – swdl.iso.md5
          – swdlInstall.iso
          – swdlInstall.iso.md5

If this still doesn’t work, we’d advise that you try the same from another computer, maybe a Windows based system, or speak to your local dealer, who’ll be able to assist.

      2. Matt. Just an update, following on from my now-vanished reply at about 1415. I amended the way I dragged the unzipped file to the stick drive. Opened the unzipped folder, selected all files and copied to the open D drive. Inserting into the vehicle, seems to start the update process which is ongoing. Apparently the system is 4.5.0H, but then the message changed to “Software Update” “please wait” so I’ve left the stick drive in situ to see whether this works.

        1. Hi John. Comments appear on the blog once they’ve been answered. This would explain your ‘vanished’ comment. We’ve just replied to it with further information. We now see that you’re making some progress. Please keep us updated. Thanks.

          1. Restarted the process this morning. Had to abandon the exercise yesterday as I couldn’t continue to supervise the car whilst it was in “update” mode for over an hour, and the key fob in the car. The screen has been showing Software Update “please wait” for 2 hours now. Not looking good, unless someone can confirm how long this might go on for?

          2. Hi John. Thanks for the update. It certainly shouldn’t take this long. As you are following all the steps correctly, there must be an issue with the USB stick. We understand that you’ve gone out of your way to purchase an additional one and we apologise for the inconvenience. The service personnel at your local dealer will have tried and tested equipment that will allow them to perform the update for you. We suggest that you get in touch with them for further assistance. We’re disappointed that we couldn’t get this sorted for you online and we hope you can accept our apology. Sorry John!

          3. OK Matt. I’m getting in touch with them, again, I might add! No names etc….

            Cheers

            John

      3. hi i have a 2012 verso why do i have to pay for map updates
one dealer quoted my £200 another £150 and online for £109 , when u pay £12 grand for a car you should not have to pay for updates

        1. Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your post. We would advise you contact our customer services department who will be able to help with your issue further. Our customer services can be contacted here: po.st/DTEqmG stating your car, registration and multimedia system details and they will be able to help you. Many thanks.

  40. Hi. I bought a 2016 RAV4 limited from US ( US military car sales) . I asked all over and no one give me an answer. Can I buy the Europe maps and substitute the US maps? We need them to travel around Europe. The dealer had no idea If I can or not, he just import the cars

    1. Hi Cristina,
Thank you for your post. We have spoken with our technical department and they have advised that this is not possible to use European map updates on your RAV4 limited from the US. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.

        1. Hi Cristina,
Thank you for your quick reply. We have ran this past our technical team again for you and unfortunately this is not compatible due to the car having different specifications. Hope this helps and if you have any further questions please let us know.

  41. Hi I have a verso 2014. Screen for media sat nav etc is there but no map. is there any way to include the sat nav function in the that screen please

    1. Hi there,
Thank you for your post. We have checked with our technical team for you and they have advised you visit your local Toyota dealer who will be able to upgrade your system and install satellite navigation. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.

  42. My touch n go 2 system in my 2015 hilux won’t update to 4.3l from 4.2.2L. reads the usb sees the update starts then crashes stating insufficient storage to perform update! What now?

  43. My sat nav tak Down some very peculiar routes 1 track roads etc when set to fastest routes also tries to take me off m25 only to take me straight back on at same junction it is a touch2 go system any ideas asto what is happening ?

    1. Hi Norman,
Thank you for your post. The navigation system will take the route that it believes is the fastest using the calculations available, this can take some unexpected routes especially when the traffic functions are enabled. To calculate the traffic levels on a particular stretch of road the system has several sources available, if it sees a delay on a section of road from one of the sources it may believe that an alternate route will be better, sometimes this can be leaving the main road and re-joining again. If you are still experiencing problems we would advise visiting your local Toyota Dealer. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.

      1. I have had several cars with built in Sat Nav, including a previous Avensis TR.
The one installed in the Avensis Excell I have now (new in March 2015) is the worst. There seems to be little difference between the 3 options -fastest, shortest and Eco, I go for the fastest thinking this will keep me on main roads, but no, if it gets a sniff of a single track road – then off we go. Sometimes we we leave a motorway and then rejoin it – and no there were not any roadworks or holdups.Sadly I have had to put a Tom Tom at the top of my Christmas list

      2. Hi Charlotte, I’m new to these blog sites, so I don’t know if its normal for my post to disappear, but that seems to have happened to the one I posted this afternoon agreeing with Norman about the sat Nav taking unnecessary routes down single track roads

        1. Hi Andy,
Thank your or your post. We are investigating this further with our technical team and we will post a reply as soon as we can. Many thanks.

  44. Hi I’ve recently bought a new avensis it has touch 2 but I can’tmmirrorlink phone is samsung note 4
When connected by usb its saying connected by mirrorlink I get symbol of phone and car and it’slike buffering symbol on car
    can you help
    thanks joe

    1. Hi Joseph
Thank you for your post. We have run your query past our technical team and your model of phone is not compatible with our current system. Unfortunately we do not have any news at present as to when an upgrade will be available. Sorry that we cannot be more positive in our reply at the moment and should anything change we will be sure to post the news on our blog.

  45. Just taken delivery of a new Yaris Hybrid (my second one!). Can you confirm the Sat Nav version that should be installed please?

    1. Hi Chris, thanks for getting in touch. And congratulations on your new Yaris Hybrid! It should come with the latest version, and you can check this yourself by going to the system information screen or by visiting http://www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/Shop/Index. If it is Touch 2 with Go, the latest map ID is 2014v3. Hope this helps.

      1. Hi Michael and thanks for fast reply. The system information screen says it is 2014v2 so I guess that means a return trip to the dealer 🙁

        1. Hi Chris. You should be able to update your maps yourself. First, visit this page – www.toyota-mapupdates.eu/Shop/Index. Select your model and infotainment system, and it will give you instructions to download any updates. Obviously, your local dealer will also be happy to help, but this might save you a trip. Thanks.

          1. Hi Michael, I have looked at this but it seems I have to pay £109 for a map update? Your first reply said the car should come with the latest version so how do I obtain this update free of charge?

          2. Hi Chris, when a Toyota dealer is carrying out the vehicle PDI checks the latest map update available at that time is uploaded to the vehicle’s multi-media system. We recommend speaking directly with our customer relations department so they can investigate this further for you. Please fill in the online form via: po.st/O3vN72. We hope this helps.

    1. Hi Gerry, Touch 2 with Go can be retro fitted to your Touch 2 unit. We recommend speaking directly with your Toyota dealer so they can advise you further and outline costs. To find your local Toyota dealer please visit: http://po.st/C2m9R6. We hope this helps!

  46. I have tried to update my touch and go 2 from the 4.2.2l map id 2014v1 to the latest update 4.4.1l. I’ve ive paid for and down loaded the file, put it on memory stick and plugged it into the USB drive. My navigation system immediately recognized to stick, did some checks, a few seconds later informed me that the update was complete (which i find hard to beleive seeing that the map files is nearly 4 gb) and I should remove the stick to complete the update, which I’ve done. At which point the screen says “please wait”. After what seems like an iternity (10-20 min) the system returns to normal, and when I check the system type it is still 4.2.2l…

I assume the update didn’t take place? have I done something wrong?

    1. Hi Will
Thanks for your post and we apologise for the delay in replying.
We did have to run your query past our technical team. They could not see anything initially wrong and have suggested that you try to
re-download the file and unzip it to a newly formatted to FAT32 memory stick, (they also recommend a good quality stick as well), then try again. They would expect the update to take 40 mins to an hour and once you have inserted the stick they suggest that you follow any on screen instructions and wait 5 minutes before removing the stick, even if the unit requests it’s removed. If this second attempt is still not successful then you may need to take your car to your local Toyota dealer. Let us know how you get on or if you have any further queries.

  47. Hi, do these instructions only apply to Touch 2 & Go (eg. including navigation)? Or is it possible to follow the instructions to update the software on the Touch 2 (no navigation). Thanks

    1. Hi Stuart, thank you for taking the time to contact us. These instructions only apply for Touch 2 & Go (with navigation). Please note there are currently no software updates for Touch 2 (without Go). We hope this helps!

    1. Hi Chris. Sorry to hear that you’re having issues. Have you registered your vehicle at my.toyota.eu and my.toyota.co.uk? If you have not already done so, you’ll need to accept the internet provider terms and conditions. Please give us a bit more detail and we’ll do our best to help you get it sorted.

      1. Hi thanks for your reply yes have joined both have done all it asks me to do I am going to my garage in Crawley to get them to do it in front of me I think the whole system is very long winded and very old fashioned we the public want something that connects fast and does what it is meant to do

        1. Hi Chris. We’ve taken your criticism on board and passed it on to our product department. We hope you can get the issue sorted once and for all when you visit your dealer. Thanks.

  48. Hi, I’ve just updated my Rav4 using a brand new micro sd card. I didn’t format it, just used it straight out of the pack. No problems at all.

  49. Hi all,
I have a doubt about the update of touch 2 Go navigation system from 4.2.2L to 4.3.0L.
Yesterday I downloaded the zip file 4.3.0L.zip from toyota customer service portal then I unzipped it and copied the folder 4.3.0L into a usb pen drive (8GB size) formatted in FAT32 (I formatted the USB memory using Win7 laptop). I performed the copy of the folder 4.3.0L using a macbook laptop.
After I inserted the USB pen into the USB port of my RAV4 nothing happened 🙁
Now I am retrying to format again the USB memory and do the copy using win7 laptop instead of Macbook.
Do you know where is the problem ?
Do you know if I can copy the 4.3.0L folder to an sdcard inserted into an android phone and then connect the android device to USB port of my Toyota RAV4 ?

    1. Hi Antimo, sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your system update for Touch and Go 2. We’ve spoken to our technical department, they recommend trying these few steps: double check the USB is formatted to FAT32. If you download the file and then extract the Zipped file directly to the USB this will ensure the contents of the zipped doc mirror the USB contents; try not to move the files around. We hope this helps, do let us know how you get on!

        1. Hi Neville
          Thanks for your post.
If you can confirm the problem you have been having with your car then we would be happy to check this further for you.

        2. Don’t waste your money with updating the built in Sat nav maps. It’s cheaper to go to Halfords or Argos and buy a Garmin Sat nav with lifetime Maps and Traffic updates. They are much simpler to update and work much better.

          1. Mickey Mouse, I agree with you. I have a July 2015 Auris Excel, but the Sat Nav is unbelievably bad. I had to park the car in front of my house to get the geographic location, as I could NOT enter the number of the house and, if I tried, it would send me to the back road! Also, it never recalculates route properly when I change the course to pass through areas that I know – I have to enter the address again and REPLACE the previous one. Of course, it took me ages to find out these ways to set address and route properly set. There is a main road close to my house where I go to the super market, and some time ago I tried to get there from another place (before to go home) but I NEVER found the road – I was able to find a proper route when I decided to enter the name of the neighbourhood!

          2. Hello Rita,
Thank you for your post. We have passed this by our technical team who have advised visiting your local Toyota dealer to take a look at the problem you are experiencing, http://po.st/fNAll4. Hope this helps and if you have any other questions please let us know.
