  1. Can you elect to have 16 inch wheels on all the ” higher end” cars. With the state of our roads large wheels/ thin tyres make for a very hard ride.

    1. Hi Graham,

Thank you for these comments. Customer feedback is very important to us and so we will pass this on to our Product Team.

      Thanks.

  2. Hi, is there no Smart Key as standard so no touch entry unless Excel? Does this model not have CarPlay either? Was keen to order until I saw that! I saw it on US model?!

    1. Hi Oliver,

Thanks for getting in touch, we can confirm that Smart Entry is only available in the Excel grade with CarPlay unavailable in this model. Whilst we cannot comment on other markets, we take all feedback into account and will continue to pass any feedback on to our Product team.

      Thanks.

  3. Why are you still persisting with the Toyota touch 2 infotainment system? Why not spend a bit of time and introduce this brand new model with Android Auto?

    1. Hi Geoffrey,

Thank you for getting in touch. We can appreciate that there has been some negative feedback on our blogs and social channels regarding the Toyota Touch 2 Multimedia system, we pass all feedback on to our product team with the aim for future improvements.

If you would like to contact our Customer Relations team regarding this, you can find their details as follows: https://www.toyota.co.uk/contact-us/

      Thanks.

  4. Hallo der Elektrische Kofferraumdeckel und der Abstands Tempomat ist ab welcher Ausstattung verfügbar?
    Mfg Jakob Klotz

    1. Hello Jakob,

Thank you for contacting us. We would advise for you to contact the Toyota in your region, as they will be able to assist you further.

      Thanks.

    1. Hi Michael,

Thanks for getting in touch and apologies for the delay in our response. We are currently liaising with our Product Team and will be back to you as soon as possible.

      Thanks.

      1. A couple of things – the US Toyota Prius has a heated steering wheel option; a Nissan Leaf has a heated steering wheel option. The latter is definitely a competitor for the Corolla.

  5. My pcp agreement expires in April 2019 on Auris hybrid. Will it be possible to have delivery of a new Corolla to coincide please.

    1. Hi Peter,

First customer deliveries of Corolla will commence from 1st March. We recommend contacting your Toyota centre for more info. Thanks.

      1. Hi Peter,

Thanks for your interest in the 2019 Corolla. The first wave of demonstrators will arrive at the network during the week commencing 28/01/2019. We recommend contacting out nearest dealer to register your interest, and for exact timings of colour and trims charts. Thanks.

  6. Is the “eight-speaker JBL premium sound system” only available as an optional and only for the most expensive model (Excel 2.0)???

This is one more upsetting detail, after the lack of CarPlay, about the new Corolla.

I guess I’ll use my Auris one more year, or I’ll move to a Nissan Leaf which, in the 30k range, offers much more than a Corolla.

It’s a pity, I was really planning to buy a Corolla early next year.

    1. Hi Giovanni,

That’s correct – JBL premium sounds system is only available on the highest grade vehicle. Thanks.

    2. I dont get it either, US version gets Carplay. And why on earth would it not have Android Auto…80% of the world population has android + corolla is the most sold car ever. Im suspecting that they pull the same thing that Mazda did with offering them as a retrofit at a cost.

      1. Hi Renno,

Thank you for your comment and we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. As previously mentioned, we will be sure to pass these comments to our Product Team.

If you would like to contact our Customer Relations team regarding this, you can find their details as follows: https://www.toyota.co.uk/contact-us/.

        Thanks.
