Toyota is celebrating 50 years of doing business in Britain in 2015, and as this anniversary year comes to a close, we have a fantastic prize for you to win.
This eye-catching framed print could be yours if you enter our competition. Created and signed by automotive artist Tim Layzell specifically to mark Toyota GB’s birthday, it features four Toyota models, each of which has a place in our story: Corona, the first Toyota sold in the UK; Land Cruiser, a stalwart 4×4 that defines capability and reliability; Auris Hybrid, a pioneering hybrid family car built at Toyota Manufacturing UK in Derbyshire; and the new boundary-pushing Toyota Mirai, which is powered by hydrogen and emits only water vapour. You can see the artwork in detail below.
To win this unique prize, simply answer this question:
From 1965 to the end of November 2015, how many Toyota cars have been sold in Great Britain? (passenger cars only, not commercial vehicles)
You can enter by posting on the Toyota UK Facebook page or tweeting us @ToyotaGB with the hashtag #Toyota50. The winner will be the entrant who gets closest to the actual number. Staff of Toyota GB plc or Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK or their relatives are not eligible to win this prize.
Need to check the print will fit on your wall? It measures approximately 82 x 110cm in its frame.
This competition closes at 9am UK time on Monday, 14 December and due to the size of the artwork, we can only accept entries from the UK. We will notify winners via the social network on which they entered, and we must receive a reply within two days from the winner with contact and address details in order to send out the prize.
